How do I search for dramas?

Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for dramas by title, genre, or keywords. You can also browse by category using the navigation menu.

Can I download dramas for offline viewing?

Currently, offline downloads are not available. All content must be streamed online. We recommend a stable internet connection for the best viewing experience.

What video quality is available?

We offer multiple quality options depending on your internet speed. The player will automatically adjust to provide the best viewing experience based on your connection.

Account Management

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I update my profile information?

Log in to your account and click on your profile icon. Select "Settings" to update your personal information, preferences, and viewing history.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.

Technical Issues

The video won't play. What should I do?

Try the following steps:

  • Refresh the page
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser
  • Check your internet connection
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere with video playback

The video keeps buffering. How can I fix this?

Buffering issues are usually caused by slow internet connections. Try reducing the video quality, closing other apps or browser tabs, or moving closer to your Wi-Fi router.
